Who Are we?
Hi. I’m Cam Roberts. I started Laser Line Painting as an owner/operator in 2018 because I saw a need for reliable parking lot line painting contractors in Northern British Columbia.
Since then, we have grown into a full service asphalt paving maintenance and repair company, specializing in parking lots, that is focused on delivering solutions for our clients from parking lot painting and signage, to snow removal, maintenance, and repairs.
Above all else, I value building genuine, long-term relationships with my clients and providing them with the solutions they need for their parking lots.
I firmly believe that through our clear communication, clearly defined expectations, and reliability, the asphalt professionals at Laser Line Painting are able to deliver impressive results that exceed expectations.

We make mistakes, but we stay humble and view each one as an opportunity to learn. We never hide behind them or blame others for them. We embrace the opportunity to have full ownership over our own personal efforts and the efforts of our team. This ownership allows us to deliver precision to our clients and leave the workday with pride.

Team - Go to war for each other.
To go further, we work together. This means no one will be sacrificed for profit or convenience. We will always hire new members on attitude and values to foster this environment, and remove those who won't go to war for each other. Problems on the team will be handled promptly by communication and relying on our values. No one in the company is a threat. No matter how difficult, we talk through the situations. We will always make the time needed to talk through projects, problems, and our preparation. We commit to promoting open communication at all times, while ensuring we don't hinder it through body language or negativity with others. We will always keep our clients informed through good and bad. Our company uses "Nuclear Free Time", which allows any team member to freely express themselves through a difficult issue with no judgement.
